About Our Workshop
KV Controls Workshop has a fully equipped after sales service centre with added capabilities to do most engineering requirements in house. The increased space of our fully operational facility allowed us to equip the centre with necessary equipment to increase our flexibility of good service. We repair all valves to manufacturing standards and international code of requirements such as certified seat leakage and pressure tests. Control valves calibration is certified and tested. We also offer CO2 welding and fabrication.

SERVICE CENTRE
KV Controls has a fully equipped valve service centre. We do reconditioning of all types and brands of valves according to ISO 9001 procedures. We have trained and competent technicians to service manual operated, as well as actuated control valves.
TESTING BENCHES
We test all our valves according to API 598 and FCI-70-2 international standards. All our test equipment is certified and calibrated according to ISO 9001. We issue all valves with QC test reports, and clients can witness their own valves if need be.
