KV Controls was founded in 2016 situated in Sasolburg, we supply Total Cost of Ownership and optimum valve solutions to major industries such as chemical, refining, mining & minerals, pulp and paper, sugar and power generation industries throughout Southern Africa & Africa

Together with support from leading suppliers in valves, actuators and accessories KV Controls have the experience, know-how and product range to meet the needs of almost any application in industry from isolation, on/off, ESD to modulating control.  From complete new packages to OEM parts, KV Controls meets the requirements.

VISION

KV Controls supplies Total Cost of Ownership to the chemical, refining, mining & minerals, pulp & paper, sugar, steel, power generation and other major key process industries throughout Southern Africa & Namibia. Our specialist skills help customers meet their core business objectives by sizing and selecting the most economical and technical solution. This together with after sales technical support and reconditioning facilities reduces the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) thereby helping our customers to increase production, reduce costs and reduce emissions.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

KV’s offers project management support that assists you to install and commission valve packages which is so critical to the success of a project. This support includes project management teams, on-site technical support, document control, critical commissioning and start up spares.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Significant experience has been gained since company was founded, companies such as Sappi, Mittal, fully supported our service and product. Projects successfully completed by KV Controls include contracts for the supply of valves to Sappi Eagle project in 2017, Sappi also awarded KV Controls a contract for supply of the Evaporator project more than more than >600 valves

AFTER SALES SERVICE & OEM PART

KV Controls fully understands the need for excellent service and support for production plants. OEM parts stocked in regional warehouses, we can deliver what is required urgently, minimising downtime and production losses. Sourcing valves from our principals internationally is routinely done as part of our ongoing service. Thinking globally but acting locally is part of KV’s success.

All final testing is done to appropriate international industry and plant standards.
